- 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a donut pan or muffin tin. Mix the milk, vinegar, vanilla extract, maple syrup and oil in a bowl. Set aside.
- 2Mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
- 3Pour the wet into the dry ingredients until just mixed. Add the crushed freeze dried strawberries.
- 4Scoop dough into pan. If you're using a muffin tin, either place balls of tin foil in the center of the dough or scoop out the centers with a small spoon. You can also punch a hole in the middle when they are done baking and cooled.
- 5Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until the dough isn't sticky. Let them cool completely before adding the glaze.
- 6To make the glaze, heat up the milk and vanilla over medium heat in a sauce pan. Once combined, add the powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Whisk until smooth, then add the freeze dried strawberry powder.
- 7Before the glaze cools down, dip in the tops of the donuts. Let dry for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
