We’re spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with an easy, no bake recipe for 2! Our Strawberry Mousse is made with only 3 ingredients, including freeze-dried strawberries. Check it out!

Ingredients

  • 3, 1 oz. bags of Brothers All Natural Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whole or whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar

Instructions

    In a large bowl, add freeze-dried strawberries. Cover with water and let them rehydrate until soft.

    Once the strawberries are soft, drain excess water. In a blender, add the strawberries and sugar and puree. Remove 1/2 cup of the puree and set aside.

    In a cold bowl, add the cream and beat until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the remaining puree gently. *Note: not the 1/2 cup puree.

    Add in the strawberry mousse into your serving glasses, about half way. Divide the extra 1/2 cup of puree and layer on top of the mousse mixture. Add the remaining mousse on top of the puree layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with extra freeze-dried strawberries!
