These easy and delicious fruit & chocolate bites are made simply with chocolate and freeze-dried fruit for a naturally sweet, crunchy finish. No baking or special skills required—just melt, mould, and chill! Perfect for gifting, holiday treats, party favors, or a quick homemade treat. - 1Melt the chocolate: Set a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). Add dark chocolate to one bowl and white chocolate to another. Stir until melted and smooth. (You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second bursts, stirring in between until melted.)
- 2Spoon melted chocolate into silicone moulds. Tap moulds gently on the counter to smooth out.
- 3Sprinkle crushed mango and strawberry fruit crisps on chocolate, lightly pressing so they stick.
- 4Place moulds in the fridge for 20–30 minutes or until chocolate hardens completely.
- 5Pop the chocolate crisps out of the moulds. Store in an airtight container in a cool place or refrigerator.
