- 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the pan.
- 2In separate bowls, melt the white and milk/dark chocolate wafers according to package instructions (microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between).
- 3Pour the melted milk/dark chocolate over the graham crackers and spread evenly with a spatula. Let it set slightly for about 2-3 minutes.
- 4Sprinkle the freeze dried fruit over the chocolate, press them gently into the chocolate so they adhere.
- 5Using a spoon or piping bag, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top for a decorative effect.
- 6Place the tray in the fridge for 20-30 minutes or until fully set. Enjoy!
