Meal prep a healthy breakfast with these overnight oats made with freeze-dried fruit! The best part? You can use any fruit flavor (one, or multiple) you want. The options are endless! This recipe makes 2 servings, and can easily be made dairy free and vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • 1-1.5 bags of Freeze-Dried Fruit (we used strawberry and peach)
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (3/4 cup in each jar)

Instructions

    Measure the oats into a large mixing bowl. Pour the milk and stir until incorporated.

    Transfer mixture evenly into mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Enjoy cold the next morning, topped with your preferred flavor(s) of freeze-dried fruit!
