- 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Line the pan with saltine crackers.
- 2Place the butter and sugar in a medium pot over low heat. Stir until the butter has melted. Once butter has melted, bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Stir constantly. Once the mixture is bubbly and changed to a caramel color, remove from heat and pour over saltine crackers.
- 3Place pan in the oven and bake for 7-9 minutes.
- 4Remove pan and place chocolate chips on top and allow to melt. Sprinkle lightly crushed Freeze-Dried Strawberries. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
- 5Once hardened, break pieces off the foil and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
