Succulent pan-seared pork tenderloin glazed with a homemade simple Peach BBQ glaze. A perfect dish to prepare for upcoming summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 6 bags Brothers-All-Natural Peach Fruit Crisps
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Mustard Powder
  • 1 Lime (juiced and zested)
  • 1 Orange (juiced and zested)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

    Thinly slice the onions. Heat a large saute pan over high heat until hot. Add 2 Tbsp. oil and swirl the pan to coat. Saute the onions for about 5 minutes or until they begin to caramelize.

    Add the remaining Peach BBQ Glaze ingredients including the Brothers-All-Natural Peach Crisps. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for another 5 minutes or so. Add more water if necessary. Remove cinnamon stick and discard. Puree the glaze using an immersion blender or food processor. Set sauce aside

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. To prepare the pork, thoroughly was and remove the silverskins. Pat the pork dry with paper towels. Season liberally with salt and pepper on all sides.

    Heat a large saute pan over high heat until hot. Add 2 Tbsp. oil and swirl to coat. Sear the pork on the first side for about 4-5 minutes or until a dark golden crust forms.

    Turn 1/3 of a turn and sear on the second side for another 2-3 minutes. Turn another 1/3 of a turn and sear on the second side for another 2 minutes or so. Finish roasting the pork in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until firm when pressed in the center. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes.

    Glaze the tenderloin with the prepared Peach BBQ Glaze. Slice against the grain on a bias with a sharp knife. You may alternately glaze the pork at this point instead if desired. Serve
