Ingredients

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 3 - 3 1/2 cups Brothers All Natural Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup sweetener (agave, honey), sweeten to taste

Instructions

    In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

    Place the mixture in your ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's directions.

    Serve immediately or place the ice cream in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden.
