- 1Open bottle of Prosecco and place in fridge, this will help reduce the foam later when you are ready to serve.
- 2With peaches and strawberries are still in sealed bag, gently crush them until the fruits are powdered.
- 3Pour powdered fruits into a bowl with roughly 1.5 cups of water so that the fruit may reconstitute. You can adjust the amount of strawberry powder you add to get the ideal ‘peach’ color for this blend.
- 4Let fruit crisps soak in water for 5 minutes.
- 5Pour reconstituted fruit into blender, blend until creamy smooth. If you desire the mix to be creamier, without the natural strawberry seeds, you can strain this mix through a fine sieve before continuing to the next step.
- 6Place desired amount of puree into glasses and pour Prosecco in, wait for bubbles to subside and continue to fill glass with Prosecco. Mix until fully blended, top off, and serve chilled.
