Bright and creamy, Mango mousse is a delicious treat for everyone in the family! This recipe only calls for 4 ingredients and is made easily with Brothers All Natural Freeze-Dried Mango Fruit Crisps!

- 1Pour the mango fruit crisps into a bowl and cover with water. Let sit & rehydrate for about an hour.
- 2In another mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- 3Pour 1/4 cup water into a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin powder evenly over the surface of the water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then microwave at 10-second intervals. Mix with a fork to ensure the gelatin has dissolved completely.
- 4Add rehydrated mangoes into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the gelatin to the pureed mango and blend for another minute.
- 5Pour the mango puree into the bowl of cream. Gently fold until combined. Pour into dessert cups and let chill for 4 hours. If desired, top with crushed freeze-dried strawberries for an extra burst of flavor!
