Nothing beats homemade banana bread! The addition of cinnamon and pecans enhance the flavors of this all-time favorite comfort food!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 5 bags Brothers-All-Natural Banana Fruit Crisps
  • 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes. This will allow the Banana Fruit Crisps to slightly rehydrate.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining 6 dry ingredients. Slowly fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Once mixture is combined, pour into a pan-sprayed loaf pan.

    Bake for approximately 70-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Let bread cool slightly; remove from pan, slice and serve.
