Ice cream can be a tough topic for those with dairy allergies, or those trying to eat clean or walk Paleo. This recipe should make things a bit easier this summer – a delicious treat that’s also full of nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brothers All Natural Freeze Dried Bananas
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 1 can Chilled Coconut Milk

Instructions

    Combine bananas and coconut milk in food processor or blender.

    Blend for 30 seconds to a minute. Use a spoon to fold the chunks back into the mix.

    Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the mixture is smooth.

    Add cocoa powder by the tablespoon full to taste (2 1/2 Tbsp seems to be the magic number).

    Continue to blend until the cocoa powder is well mixed.

    Spoon mix into cups, then place cups into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill.
