Ice cream can be a tough topic for those with dairy allergies, or those trying to eat clean or walk Paleo. This recipe should make things a bit easier this summer – a delicious treat that’s also full of nutrients!

- 1Combine bananas and coconut milk in food processor or blender.
- 2Blend for 30 seconds to a minute. Use a spoon to fold the chunks back into the mix.
- 3Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the mixture is smooth.
- 4Add cocoa powder by the tablespoon full to taste (2 1/2 Tbsp seems to be the magic number).
- 5Continue to blend until the cocoa powder is well mixed.
- 6Spoon mix into cups, then place cups into the freezer for 10-15 minutes to chill.
