Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Italian dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups spring greens
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 ounces cooked chicken breast (store bought roasted chicken is perfect)
  • 1 bag Brothers All Natural Fuji Apple Fruit Crisps

Instructions

    To make the dressing, in a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, mustard, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil until mixture thickens. If dressing is too thick, add a splash of water.

    Toss salad greens with dressing. Top with walnuts, blue cheese, chicken and top with Brothers All Natural Fuji Apple Fruit Crisps. Serve.

    Vegetarian Apple Walnut Salad: Omit Chicken and follow all other steps above.
