    In a mason jar or airtight container, add the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until fully combined.

    Add banana crisps (optional timing): If you want them soft and blended, mix them in now. If you prefer them crunchy, wait and add them right before serving.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let everything soak and thicken.

    In the morning, give it a good stir and top with a few more freeze-dried banana crisps for extra texture. You can also add a drizzle of honey or nut butter if you're feeling fancy!
