- 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 2Add both types of sugar into a stand-up mixer and mix on low until combined. Add the butter and mix well. Drop the eggs in, mixing in one at a time, and add the vanilla.
- 3In another bowl, mix the baking soda, salt and flour. Add this into the wet mixture in small portions, making sure to scrap the sides after each mix. Lastly, fold in the freeze dried bananas along with the chocolate chips.
- 4Prepare a greased or parchment covered baking tray. Drop the dough onto the sheet, leaving room in between (1-1.5 inches). Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the edges are brown.
- 5Cool cookies for a few minutes on the baking tray, then transfer to a wire wrack. Enjoy!
