- 1Crush freeze dried apples into bite sized pieces.
- 2Combine the crushed apples, almond butter, honey and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir well.
- 3Add in the rolled oats, cinnamon and salt until coated evenly. Chill this in the refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
- 4Use a spoon to scoop the mix out and roll into bite sized balls.
- 5Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 6-7 days
