Ingredients

  • Cookie - 1 cup butter
  • Cookie - 1/2 cup sugar
  • Cookie - 2 tsp vanilla
  • Cookie - 1 beaten egg
  • Cookie - 2 1/2 cups flour
  • Icing - 1/4 cup of mango powder (finely crushed Brothers All Natural Freeze-Dried Mango Fruit Crisps)
  • Icing - 2 tablespoons milk (use as much as you desire for your preferred consistency)
  • Icing - 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Icing - Purple or Black food coloring

Instructions

    Cookie - Preheat the oven to 350

    Cookie - Cream the butter, sugar & vanilla. Blend in beaten egg. Add the flour, mixing only until combined. Tightly wrap dough and refrigerate

    Cookie - Roll the sugar cookie dough to 1/4 inch. Cut with bat-shaped cookie cutters

    Cookie - Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool

    Icing - Put powdered sugar into a bowl. Add milk until desired consistency is reached. Mix in freeze-dried mango powder and food coloring.

    Icing - Add icing on top of cookies. Let icing set until hardened and enjoy!
